Your loss, not mine

Source
Years of friendship was forgotten in a matter of a few moments and the reason for it was nothing but a misunderstanding. I was ignored and I was dropped from the group without even getting a chance to explain my side of the story. Every time that I walked passed them sitting together it hurt me all the more and the loneliness almost killed me. But as days passed by, I discovered myself as an individual for I had always tried to fit into the group. The isolation taught me life lessons, helped me realize what I really wanted to do with life and it turned out to be their loss not mine!
